This exclusive combined ticket includes a Classic Gin Bothy Tasting at The Bothy Experience, featuring four seasonal gins, and a guided tour of Glamis Castle, as well as admission to the castle's gardens and grounds.
This ticket is for Adults only, due to age restriction for the gin tasting (Ages 18 years +).
Tastings are available Thursday - Sunday at 12.00pm and 3.00pm (subject to availability).
The gin tasting will take place in one of the cosy and rustic Bothy Tasting rooms at The Bothy Experience in Glamis village. During which you will discover the story of the Gin Bothy and bothy life via a video presentation.
As well as the accompanying video you will receive one of our beautifully illustrated tasting mats to help guide you through your gin experience.
The tasting will include FOUR seasonal gins and liqueurs (each serving is 2.5cl). Please note the selection of gins will vary depending upon the season as follows: January - End May - Original gin, Raspberry liqueur, Rhubarb liqueur, Gunshot gin. June - End August - Original gin, Strawberry liqueur, Stirrup Cup gin, Gunshot gin. September - Mid November - Original gin, Plum liqueur, Gunshot gin, Chilli infused liqueur.
Each gin will be accompanied by ice, mixers and garnish where applicable so that you can enjoy a perfect serve.
One of our experienced Bothy Experience team members will be on hand to answer any questions or provide assistance if needed.
You can also add on Sharing Platters to your tasting (at an additional charge).
Drivers/Non-drinkers are welcome to join the tasting and will receive soft drinks during the tasting and a ‘Driver’s Gift’ of one 5cl mini gin bottle and a mixer to take away and enjoy at home.
This is a public tasting, which other guests can attend, and due to the cosy and sociable layout of our Bothy tasting rooms you may be seated at the same table as other bookings.
The gin tasting will last approximately 60 minutes, with a further 30 minutes to allow guests to finish drinks and food.
Assistance dogs are welcome in our tasting rooms.

Reserve your gin tasting time when purchasing the combined ticket to secure your spot from Thursday to Sunday at either 12pm or 3pm.
Glamis Castle has many stone steps and no lift; wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and plan accordingly if you have mobility concerns.
Free parking is available in Glamis village and at the castle, but public buses also run regularly from Dundee and Forfar.
Drivers and abstainers can enjoy mocktails and receive a mini Gin Bothy bottle to take home, so include them in your group count when booking.
