- Please arrive 10 minutes early to the pickup location
- Our carriages are working their way through the city to meet you. On heavy traffic days, there may be a 5-minute delay on the carriages arrival
- Bookings for more than 9 should call our office
- Children 4 and under are free. There can only be one lap child per adult
