The trolley eases away from a small lot behind the Breakfast House and slips into Sarasota neighborhoods where art inhabits corners, roundabouts and building facades. Window frames catch murals; lawns hold oversized bronze figures that change scale and tone as the sun moves. For 90 minutes you ride, look and listen—Jerome Chesley, a local painter and public art expert, points out the stories behind more than 50 sculptures, monuments and murals.
