In the first day you will visit America's oldest city, Old San Juan, Santurce our street art district; our finest Rum Distillery at El Barrilito; and Piñones in Loiza, our african heritage capital where we will finish at the local beach La Pocita. It will be a day filled with history, legends and stories about how we became what we are today while visiting 4 different but significant places and ending the afternoon at the beach.
The tour will begin in San Juan Island where you will see and learn about Old San Juan it's history and see all the main landmarks and historic buildings, but also have many instagram worthy pictures oportunities.
From there tou will be taken to Santurce to witness our urban art and murals district with a collection of over 100 murals of which we will see 20 to 25.
After that you can choose for a stop for lunch or keep going to do the Barrilito Rum Distillery and taste a cocktail of your choice. Here at Barrilito you will do the only true backstage Distillery tour where you will even go to the barrels area and see the oldest rum barrel in Puerto Rico: La Doña.
After Barrilito you will go to Piñones in Loiza to see the epicenter of our African heritage visiting the community center and maybee trying some of it's famous Afro-taino blend street food and then finish in the local beach La Pocita.

On the second day you will do a nature exploring adventure in which you will first go to the tallest Statue of the Americas; the Birth of a New World monument that coincidentally is 10 minutes away of the Black Sand Beach in Barceloneta, one of only 3 in Puerto Rico. After that we will go to Manati to Mar Chiquita Beach where you will swim in a magnificent beach or hike an amazing rock formation facing the ocean with amazing views and the ocean breeze grazing your body, through a trail very few locals even know exist. You will then make a stop for lunch at the top restaurant in the center of the island: Don Carlos.
Ater lunch you will be driven through the narrow and twisted roads of our State Tropical Rainforest while admiring the greenery, cliffs and views left and right, but also seeing our country side and the rural Puerto Rico. There, at Toro Negro Tropical Rainforest, is where you will visit perhaps the most beautifull waterfall setting in all our island at Las Delicias where you will have the chance to bath, drink and breath Puerto Rico’s purest water and air to finish at la Piedra Escrita in Adjuntas, a big rock with indian carvings and a nice pond where you can also bath.
By this time it will we close to 5pm and time to come back to the departure spot.

But we left the best for last. On the third day you do something that very few of the millions of visitors who come to our island to enjoy our beaches get to do: have the oportunity to experience the calm, warm and turquoise waters of arguably Puerto Rico's best beach at Caracoles Cay in La Parguera!
This third and final day you will be picked up at 12pm at your hotel by your private guide and driver and set out on 75 minute journey crossing the everchanging landscape of the central moutain range and then the south plains until you get to Ponce for a short stop to let you know about our second most important city and discover its famous Fitestation the oldest in all the Caribbean and maybee try some of the best Puerto Rican coffe inone of the cities shops.
From there we will be less than an hour away to La Parguera where our boat will be waiting to then get a 5 minute boat ride to Caracoles Cay where you will have more than 2 hours to do snorkeling, swimm or just relax in its warm waters and finish your tour witnesing one of Puerto Rico's unmatched southwest sunsets.
Caracoles Cay is the single Puerto Rico’s cay you don't want to miss. Surrounded by a healthy mangrove system it is very child friendly with shallow warms wates, but if you want a quiet romantic atmosphere just walk along the water and you’ll find intimate spots along mangrove trees perfect for two. Caracoles Cay is also a snorkelers haven with crystal clear waters with schools of tropical fish, and a few places with live healthy coral.

Caracoles Cay warm, turquoise and cristal clear waters rival famed Flamenco Beach in Culebra, but without the hassle of having to take amd Uber or drive more than an hour to Fajardo to then take a 1 hour ferry. But you can also swim and inmerse in it, not just swipe your hand 3 feet obove the water in a a kayak which is the only option doing the Fajardo Bioluminiscense tours are all performed in Kayaks and is an uneventful and less than ideal way to do it due to the kayaking in the dark through a narrow channel bumping to other kayaks and mangrove roots. It is also within the main island so no ferry or overnight stay to do it like in Mosquito Bay.
