About

Over the course of this 1.5 hour lesson, learn about water and marine environment safety, the history of paddleboarding, equipment and of course, basic SUP techniques including: forward stroke, sweep stroke, standing up, and falling off and remounting the board safely.

Stand-up-paddling is a great way to improve your core strength and balance, making it an ideal cross-training activity.
