About Windsure Adventure Watersports

Founded as Western Canada's first windsurf school in 1977, Windsure Adventure Watersports operates from Vancouver, British Columbia, offering lessons, rentals, camps, and club sessions. The school runs windsurfing, wingsurfing, paddleboarding, and related water-sport programs with small group instruction and personalized coaching. Lessons include Discover Windsurfing I and II, which cover history, equipment, basic and advanced techniques such as gybing and tacking, and are delivered in three-hour and advanced formats. Wingsurfing offerings include a 3.5-hour Discover Wing Surfing lesson with on-land and on-water instruction and flexible wingsurf rental start times every 30 minutes. Paddleboard programming includes Discover Paddleboarding I, private paddleboarding lessons, advanced equipment rentals, and a Sunrise Paddle Club. Rentals cover windsurfing, wingsurfing, paddleboarding, advanced equipment options, and miscellaneous wetsuit rentals; several listings note midweek specials with 50% off rentals of two hours or more and Rental Pass options for repeat visits. Many paddleboard rentals include a complimentary demo and all standard safety gear, while advanced equipment options are available for seasoned paddlers.
