Note: In order to perform this course, you have to be in good health
Ensure you are well-hydrated and have had a good night's sleep before each dive day to prevent dehydration and fatigue underwater.
Apply reef-safe sunscreen before surface intervals to protect marine life and comply with local conservation efforts.
If you experience ear discomfort underwater, gently equalize frequently during descent to avoid barotrauma.
Be sure you feel physically well and ready; diving requires basic cardiovascular fitness and absence of respiratory conditions.
