Starting from 12.00pm you will be delighted doing private tastings of premium Hunter Valley Wines at pre booked small family boutique cellar doors. Do a private organised cheese and chocolate tastings, taste organic vodka, gin and flavoured schnapps before returning to your local accommodation around 5.00 pm.
