About

Join Holistic Practitioner, Trella Dubetz and Phoenix Farm for an hour of relaxation, meditation, somatic awareness, and healing, including blending body based meditations, elements of Trager Approach, and Land-based somatic practices. Trella will guide you on a deeply healing and restorative hour long experience. Please bring a blanket, a water bottle, wear comfortable and stretchable clothes. You will be provided with a small journal and pen so that you can spend time writing, drawing and reflecting. No prior meditation or somatic healing experience needed. Note: This tour covers rugged terrain that may be difficult for guests with mobility issues.
