One of the tour highlights is a stop at the Royal Albatross Centre (approximately 1 hour), home to the world’s only mainland colony of Royal Albatross. Here, you can choose to relax with lunch, browse the visitor centre, or take a walk outside—on windy days, you're likely to see these magnificent seabirds soaring above!

The return journey to Port Chalmers takes you along picturesque Portobello Road, following the edge of Otago Harbour, where you may spot a variety of wading birds.
