Unleash your creativity at our paint-your-own-pottery studio! Choose from a wide selection of pottery, guided by our friendly staff. Enjoy a two-hour session, and after firing, your unique masterpiece will be ready for pickup in five days. Perfect for parties, with an option for a fun pizza upgrade!
Studio fee: $10 per person
Note: Reservations are made by pre-paying your studio fee. Upon arrival, you will be able to choose your piece of pottery to paint. Prices vary by piece.
A pottery painting experience at the Clayroom typically lasts 2 hours
Painting: Choose a piece of pottery from our wide selection. Our staff will explain all of the paints and materials with you so that you are comfortable beginning your painting process. When you are finished painting, leave your item(s) with us for 5 days so we may fire it in our kiln. Your piece(s) will be ready after 3pm on the 5th day. All pottery is paid for in the studio.
Picking Up Your Pottery At checkout, take a photo of your piece(s). You will need this photo when you pick up your pottery. Your piece(s) are ready in five days, at approximately 3 p.m. You have until the last day of the month following the month you painted in to pick up your pottery. For example, if you paint during the month of January, you have until February 28th to pick up your pottery. If you paint during the month of February, you have until March 31st to pick up your pottery. Unclaimed pottery is donated to the public on the 1st of the next month.
We accept walk-in customers, however, to guarantee your space, we suggest making a reservation now, especially for large groups!

Bring your phone or camera to snap photos of your work before firing—they’ll notify you to bring this when you pick up your pottery.
Your pottery will be ready approximately five days after painting; you have until the end of the following month to pick it up.
