Château Haut Breton, located in Soussans in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is a historic family-owned estate operated by the De Schepper family across three generations. The château produces wines from Margaux, Bordeaux Supérieur and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations and opens its cellar and barrel room for guided visits and tastings. Guided by estate experts, each experience explains local terroir, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques used at Château Haut Breton Larigaudière. Tastings range from three-color samplers (rosé, white, red) to six-wine prestige flights, and often include direct barrel comparisons between French and American oak. Groups can select private options such as 'La Parenthèse Unique' for a one-on-one vineyard walkthrough and barrel tasting, or shorter 30-minute terroir sessions for a focused introduction.
