A parte prática é feita a partir de um barco, e permite de uma maneira supervisionada e descontraída experimentar o mergulho. Isso pode ser feito na Reserva Natural do Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo junto aos canhões naufragados no Séc. XVI onde a fauna e a flora presentes tornam esta aventura num momento inesquecível.

Duração: Meio-dia, de manhã ou de tarde. Pode ser realizado em datas previamente definidas ou em qualquer outra data acordada com os participantes.

Requisitos: Ter no mínimo 10 anos de idade e saber nadar.
