Sate Babi: Pork Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce, Nasi Goreng Ayam: Indonesian Style Fried Rice with Chicken & fried Egg, Karis Ayam: Chicken Curry, Urap Sayur: Cooked Vegetables & Spiced Coconut Salad, Sambal: Chilli Sauce, Crispy Shallot, Cucumber & Tomato. Dessert - Banana Kolak: Banana & Palm Fruit cooked in sweet Coconut Milk.

Guided by our chef you will all cook your own creation of a delicious banquet of classic Balinese dishes, learning some exotic ingredients used in Balinese cooking, before sitting down to enjoy dinner and dessert.
