Since we work with two minibuses (11 and 24 passengers), it is necessary to confirm the minimum number of guests as follows:
If the tour date falls within school holidays, you must confirm the minimum number of guests at least 10 days in advance for the North Stradbroke Island tour and at least 7 days in advance for any other tour.
For any other dates, you must confirm the minimum number of guests at least 7 days in advance for the North Stradbroke Island tour and 5 days for the different tours.
Once the minimum number of guests is confirmed (8 for the 11-passenger minibus or 12 for the 24-passenger minibus), you can add more guests up to 1 hour before the tour, within the minibus's capacity. For example, if 8 guests are confirmed, you can increase up to 11; if 12 are confirmed, you can increase up to 24.
