About

If you want to see the Australian dingo at its best, and learn about this misunderstood species then this experience is for you! In this unique experience you will have the opportunity to exclusively enter our Dingo habitat and interact with some of our dingoes. Join our keepers to learn about the species, their threats, conservation status and how you can help while interacting with these intelligent animals. The dingoes will be free to roam around and choose to approach you and you can take as many photos as you like to capture this special moment. Supervised touching of the animals will be allowed if the dingo chooses that interaction. The keepers will educate you on each Dingo by name and character as you immerse yourself in their habitat while allowing time for you to enjoy this special experience.

You can take as many photos as you like on your own devices.

This experience is limited to 8 people per session.

Please Note: Entry to the dingo habitat involves a step down. Please advise admissions staff upon arrival if you have limited mobility so we can accommodate you. Please check-in 15 minutes before the scheduled experience time.

NOTE: Animal Interactions are an additional purchase upon Animal Park entry. Please ensure that Maru Entry tickets are purchased in addition to the Dingo Experience.

Other Information

• All interactions are at the keepers discretion and may be unavailable in extreme weather conditions to ensure the welfare and safety of our animals and visitors. If Maru cancels the experience for any reason, an alternative experience or full refund will be offered.
• Animals at Maru have the freedom to choose if and how they interact with visitors during experiences, so up close touching and feeding usually occurs but is not guaranteed.
• All tickets require the Credit/Debit Card along with photo ID and signature of the purchaser, or a valid company email/voucher to be presented upon arrival, otherwise entry will be refused.

Terms & Conditions It is important that you arrive early as the experience will not be delayed and will start at the advertised time. If you are late you will miss out on the experience and refunds will not be provided. Please dress appropriately for the forecast weather on the day. The Keepers have the right to cancel this and all animal experiences due to extreme weather or any other situation they feel may compromise the safety and welfare of the animals and visitors and in that instance a different experience may be offered or a full refund. For safety please wear closed in shoes, no thongs or sandles. If it is raining and the ground wet please be advised that the dingoes may have wet muddy paws that may possibly mark your clothes if they jump up.
