The tour is about 7 hours, typically visiting Goðafoss (around 60 minutes), Hverfjall crater rim (60 minutes), a short stop in Reykjahlíð for lunch, and a longer stop at Dettifoss (about 90 minutes). Transfers and photo stops take the remaining time.
It involves short hikes on uneven ground and some steep sections; it’s suitable for children used to walking but not recommended for those with significant mobility limitations or serious back/heart issues.
