• Our typical basket can accommodate up to 8 adults depending on a few variables such as the temperature outside and combined weight of the group. Please reach out if you are looking for a private basket reservation.
• Pilots are certified by the FAA, and are additionally required to pass a biennial flight exam and attend yearly safety seminars.
• Flights always operate in the morning. The exact time depends on the time of year and daily weather conditions.

##What to Know Before You Go

• Wear warm, comfortable boots or shoes and layered clothing.
• There are limited restroom facilities at the launch site, try to plan ahead.
• Temperatures are normally warmer in the balloon than on the ground. Additionally, as we move at the speed of the air currents there is no wind chill. The basket is very stable and does not wobble around during the flight.
• All flights are weather permitting. We do not fly in windy, rainy or snowy conditions. If we have to cancel a flight, you will be fully refunded.
