Deer Creek Falls Ride. You will be surrounded by large pines, you will see a large gorge, rivers, a lake and of course the Deer Creek Falls coming off the mountain above you.
If anyone is under 18 years of age (“minor passenger”), the Parent or Legal Guardian will need to sign the waiver agreement on their behalf, and they must be under the Parent or Legal Guardian’s supervision at all times.
Age 18+ to drive. There is no minimum age requirement as a passenger, you must be able to grasp the handhold with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your back fully against the seat backrest. Minors are not allowed to drive the vehicle.
Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are essential for navigating the UTV and hiking near the falls safely.
Stay hydrated and energized by packing enough water and quick snacks for the duration of the ride.
