Navigate with Confidence! Captain Bryan is licensed by the United States Coast Guard, with the OUPV/SIX-PACK Endorsement. Bryan moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina at the age of 20. It was here where he discovered Off-Shore fishing and developed a passion for it. Prior to moving to Puerto Rico in 2022, Bryan spent his last 6 years on the Outer Banks working at Scarborough Boatworks in Wanchese, North Carolina.
