Pickup is from designated meeting points in Orlando, Kissimmee, Disney, and Lake Buena Vista; you must confirm the exact pickup location and time 48 hours before the event.
One soft-sided cooler (≤14x14x14 in), one small backpack, binoculars and seat cushions carried separately are allowed; hard coolers, thermoses, large bags, firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
Buses typically remain on site if races are delayed; if the event is officially postponed, tickets can be used for the next arranged date and discounted transport back may be available through the operator.
