Adventure tips

Layer for changing conditionsTemperatures can swing from chilly mornings to crowded, warm market alleys—bring a warm mid-layer and a waterproof outer shell.

Carry small change and a reusable cupMany stalls prefer cash and will offer discounts for reusable mugs; a €10–20 reserve speeds purchases and reduces card hassles.

Plan for cobbles and crowdsComfortable, grippy footwear will protect you on uneven cobblestones and during busy evening hours when pedestrian traffic increases.

Reserve pickup and timing detailsConfirm your exact Amsterdam pickup point and mobility needs ahead of time; the tour includes breaks but is long—expect a 7–13 hour day.
