Kids will explore nature, tackle a thrilling 110m Zip Line, paddle on Giant SUP Boards, and enjoy creative activities like Tye-Dye and Bush Cooking. Fun and friendships await!

About

A full day onsite facilitated with lots of fun activities for 6-12 year olds to enjoy (must be in primary school).

Led by experienced Outdoor Educators, the participants will spend the day exploring our property & participating alongside others in a wide range of activities on both land and in the water.

From swinging in the trees on our 110m Zip Line, paddling around the lake on our Giant SUP Boards, Tye - Dye, Scavenger Hunts, Bush Cooking & so much more! All catering provided throughout the day. Pack a bag & come have some fun!

Program Details

  • Drop off from 8.30am- 9am at Reception
  • Program runs from 9am - 3.30pm
  • Pick up from 3.30pm - 4pm from Reception
  • All Catering Provided throughout the day ( Dietaries must be given when booking in a child ).

What to Bring

  • A day pack with Drink Bottle, Sunscreen, Towel, Spare Clothes, Rain Jacket, Plastic bag for wet/dirty clothes , Warm Layer, Hat, Swimmers, Closed Toed Shoes.
  • Any Medication that your child is required to take during the day must be handed over at check in & labelled for the Day Camp Host. You must collect this in the afternoon at check out.

Health & Safety / Program Information -

Making a Booking

  • Please fill in all relevant child / parent information when making a booking. The emergency contact details are also required at the time of making the booking.
  • it is important that any relevant information relating to your child is given when making a booking.
  • Payment is made at the time of the booking.

Online Booking Fee -

We have previously been absorbing the booking fees and merchant costs & we are no longer able to do this for all future online bookings. We have maintained our prices however have now had to pass on booking/merchant fees in order to implement a more modern system and continue to operate our activities. We apologise for any inconvenience however hopefully you will agree the service we offer is worth it.

Program Details

  • Program drop off at Kianinny between 8.30am - 9am.

  • Day Camp Program runs from 9am - 3.30pm.

  • Program pick up from Kianinny from 3.30pm - 4pm.

  • Participants will be in small and large groups throughout the day.

  • Participants will be in groups with children around their age.

  • Groups will be between 10-15 per group when in smaller groups.

  • Max number of Participants each day is 35.

Medication, Behaviour, Illness, Hygiene, Accidents & Emergencies

  • All child medication must be clearly labelled and packaged appropriately with the child.
  • Medication needs to given to the Day Camp coordinator to be stored correctly during the day. The staff will ensure that medication is taken when needed. They must be informed of any special considerations & need to be aware of its administration.
  • Children may retain asthma inhalers for self- medication.
  • If a child becomes ill or exhibits symptoms of a communicable disease the coordinator will contact the parents and discuss appropriate action. If in the view of the coordinator the child needs to be picked up, the parent will be advised of this.
  • We may not have the capacity to support children 1:1 with additional needs. If your child has any special needs that we should be aware of, that may affect their physical or mental ability to participate in activities, we need to be made aware of this ahead of time. Please call the office & speak to Natalie ( Camp Director) on 0264941990.
  • Children are required to wash their hands whenever using the bathroom and before meals & snacks. Since the bathrooms are not directly supervised, children are expected to take responsibility for their behaviour in these regards. -You will be contacted to pick up your child, if we have any issues surrounding behaviour. We ask that children are respectful of all other participants, staff members, Kianinny's property, guests onsite & all activity related equipment. If we feel for whatever reason your child is being difficult, not complying with instructions or misbehaving we will contact you.  -Day camp staff will administer appropriate first aid treatment for all incidents and accidents. If deemed necessary, an ambulance will be called by staff and any associated costs will be borne by the child’s parents.

Pack for all conditions

Children should bring a hat, sunscreen, rain jacket, and spare clothes to stay comfortable through varied weather.

Arrive on time for smooth drop-off

Drop-off is scheduled between 8:30 and 9:00 AM, ensuring kids can settle in before activities begin promptly.

Label all medications clearly

If your child needs medication during the day, it must be handed over at check-in with clear instructions.

Closed-toed shoes required

For safety during active land and water activities, closed shoes are mandatory—no sandals or flip-flops.
