Fast 30 Jahre war Westberlin von einer Mauer umgeben, eine geteilte Stadt, eine einzigartige Situation in der Geschichte. Wir beginnen am Brandenburger Tor -Symbol für Trennung und Wiedervereinigung Berlins und Deutschlands, weiter mit der sogenannten ""Geisterbahn"" - eine S-Bahn-Linie, die zu Mauerzeiten durch den Osten führte - zum sogenannten ""Tränenpalast"" - einstiger bekannter Grenzübergang / danach zu einem der ""Geisterbahnhöfe"" - der Nordbahnhof - von hier aus zur ""Bernauer Strasse"" , bekannt für spektakuläre Fluchten aus den Fenstern und durch Fluchttunnel, an der original Mauer vorbei, und auf dem sogenannten Todesstreifen zur Kapelle der Versöhnung - hier wird in einer Kurzandacht an einen der 140 Mauertoten erinnert, die es alleine in Berlin gab.
Bei freien Terminen sehen wir im Dokucenter einen kurzen Film über dir geteilte Stadt.
