The custom safari tour is the best of both worlds. It's a private tour with just your group and can be customized to meet everyone's expectations. The custom safari tour is the best way to explore the Colorado Mountains with your guide and your own custom itinerary. No two tours are the same as our custom options. Your guide will take you deep into the San Juan Mountains to see some waterfalls, wildlife, and breathtaking views. Our permits allow us to explore the La Plata’s west of Durango or the San Juan Mountains above Silverton, Colorado.
Custom safari tours have more freedom to spend more time in areas or less depending on what you like. We will load up our vehicle and head into the mountains where we will start our journey. Once we reach the end of the Jeep Trails we will take some more pictures in high alpine meadows and basins before heading back to Durango.
