Embark on an unforgettable fishing adventure in the Pacific Ocean, targeting Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and Ono from a center console vessel. Choose from 5, 6, or 8-hour trips, exclusively for your group of up to 6. Enjoy the thrill of the catch while respecting marine resources, with excess fish benefiting local markets.

About
Our 6 and 8 hour trips offer a unique fishing experience from a center console vessel. We leave early and head 25-30 miles to FADs in the Pacific Ocean. Our goal is to hook up with Mahi Mahi, several species of Tuna, Ono, and other pelagic game fish. Please note our vessel is open air so be prepared for sun and possible wave spray!
We are happy to cut a portion of the day's catch (up to 30 lbs of whole weight fish, not filleted weight) for our clients to enjoy while on Maui. However, we do not want any fish to be wasted since we respect the resource and try to maintain healthy fish populations. Any excess fish will go to local markets and restaurants.
Our 5 hour in shore fishing experience centers on the coastal waters around Maui as we troll looking to hook up with Mahi Mahi, Ono, and other pelagic fish species.
At Lahaina Maritime, we primarily fish for private charted groups. This means only the guests (up to 6 people) in your own party will be on the boat along with our crew. We do occasionally have "share" trips for the 6 hour sport fishing and the 4 hour bottom fishing charters. These share trips are sold by the seat, with a maximum of 4 guests. The full amount of seats (4) must be sold before the trip is confirmed within 2 days of departure. If we do not get a full boat, a 100% refund will be sent back.
