Troyes is a medieval trading hub in Champagne whose compact, orthogonal street plan and well-preserved half-timbered houses reflect its role in medieval fairs and commerce.
The city emphasizes preserving its historic center; players should stick to public paths, avoid touching fragile façades and take all litter with them to protect built heritage.
