The engine thumps to life and salt-laced wind finds every opening as drivers roll onto the sandy plains of St. Joris. On Curaçao’s exposed north shore the sea throws itself against cliffs and blowholes, daring visitors to get close; the tour threads UTVs across cactus flats, into a low Arawak cave, and out onto a natural bridge where crashing surf performs a relentless water show.
