Our tour offers a flat rate of $399 per group, regardless of whether you're a solo traveler or a group of up to six people. This fixed price applies as long as the pick-up location is within Viejo San Juan, Condado, or Isla Verde.

Will guests need to bring anything to the experience?

Something to cover up in case it gets chilly. Essential Pack: Wear breathable, lightweight clothes for free movement.

Please dress appropriately for the occasion, including shorts, maxi dresses, and hats, and remember to bring sunscreen, and mosquito repellent; for daytime activities, opt for super casual attire with comfortable sneakers, while for the nighttime, wear something suitable for dancing. Phones are charged and with enough memory for photos and videos; bring a waterproof cover for your camera or smartphone.

Suitable for Ages 6+ This tour activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers. For your own benefit, if you tend to get motion sickness, please bring over-the-counter tablets that assist with this.

Depending on seat availability, we offer door-to-door service or a meeting at a pickup point. If applicable to your tour or excursion, we can pick you up directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or preferred location, provided it's along one of our established stops or routes. Please travel light and only bring the necessary items for the experience. Leave behind electronic devices, and any important documentation such as a passport, large sums of cash, or credit cards.

We reserve the right of admission. If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or not dressed appropriately, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment, and NO REFUNDS will be issued due to this.

A complimentary drop-off in selected areas: San Juan: Condado, Isla Verde, Ocean Park, or Old San Juan.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Follow the instructions in "Free Cancellation, Return, and Refund Information" to cancel or request a refund.

Full refund if canceled up to 3 days before experience start time, or within 24 hours of booking made more than 48 hours before start time.

80% refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before start time.

Single classes/packages are for individual use only; not shareable.

Refunds are issued if the minimum traveler requirement isn't met.
