Visit and get a guided tour of one of Sweden's most beautiful churches: Täby church. Today, the church is probably best known for Albertus Pictor's painting workshop decorating its roofs and walls one summer in the 1780s. The inner roof has not been painted over throughout the year, which means that many more colors and a different depth can be traced during a guided visit to the church.
However, there is much more exciting things waiting to be discovered: the armory door from the 15th century with devil handles, a pulpit from Stockholm Castle before the fire and a painting where Death plays chess and depictions of witches and Bjärra etc. in the armory. Take the opportunity to receive a full visit at Täby church.
NOTE that I will not be notified until about a week before your tour that the church is open to receive us internally or not if you do not book on a Monday. Immediately after booking, also on Mondays, I check with Täby church so it is possible to visit it.
