About

The Saffron DOP Cooking class will start with a short introduction to our farm in front of our vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.

Then, you will be accompanied to our family kitchen to learn the secrets of this typical and traditional product of San Gimignano.

We will prepare a Saffron-based dessert, a saffron-based homemade pasta, a saffron-based meat course, and antipasti.

At the end of the class, you will relax in one of our private and exclusive rooms or our garden, enjoying everything you’ve cooked and tasting our organic and biodynamic wines and e.v.o. Olive oils.
