In this hands-on class, you will be learning how to make the prettiest, and most delicious french macarons every time from the comfort of your own home. This versatile, inherently gluten-free cookie has so much freedom as far as flavor pairings go. Together we will be making the batter, piping and baking the cookies along with a lesson of all DO’s and DON’TS along the way. We will also make fillings for your macarons of your choice based on ingredients provided. Finally, we will use your shells and fillings to craft exquisite french macarons.

He is well versed in breads, cakes, cookies & bars, chocolates, confections, plated desserts and sculpting work! If you’re new to baking, love baking, or are simply looking for a unique night out in town, Chef Jeffrey’s (Cheffrey’s) classes will be a fun, creative, and constructive experience for all.
