Gragnano Tasting will take you through the history and culture behind the most famous Italian dish in the world: pasta. And it will do so by exploring the town that of pasta boasts its roots: Gragnano. Thanks to our Gragnano Tasting tour, you can take a journey back in time by walking through the famous Valle dei Mulini (Valley of the Mills), which in ancient times was home to 13 mills that supplied flour to the pasta factories of the Kingdom of Naples, as well as visit an ancient restored mill and learn its secrets thanks to our local guide. Inside the mill there will be a rich tasting of another Gragnano excellence: Gragnano DOC wine.
The tour concludes in the present day with a visit to a pasta factory where you can observe how pasta is made today and enjoy a mouth-watering menu based on … pasta!
