Join our Culinary Studio at Chateau Elan Winery for an unforgettable cooking experience! Learn essential knife skills and cooking techniques in a stunning 1,600 sq. ft. kitchen, guided by our expert chefs. Enjoy a delicious meal paired with wine after class, making it a perfect blend of education and indulgence.

About

Equipped with top-tier Viking Range® appliances, our Culinary Studio is a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. teaching kitchen located within the Chateau Elan Winery. Our skilled culinary team delights in sharing their passion for cooking in public classes and private culinary events with guests.

From mise en place to mastering impressive mains, our class is designed to give each student the knowledge and know-how to tackle a variety of dishes. Each course will begin with learning proper knife skills, including how to correctly hold a knife, how to sharpen the knife, the “claw” method, and how to perform some staple cutting techniques like julienne, chiffonade, dice, and batonnet.

After class, students will sit down to enjoy their work with a glass of wine. Each class includes 3-hours of professional cooking instruction, ingredients, take-home recipe cards and Sommelier wine pairings.
