About

Our Culinary Squared camp focuses on the essentials a student would learn in their foundation year of Culinary School, within the context of the daily four square meals (you can't forget dessert!). The session kicks off with a full day of intensive knife skills training and then moves into a wide range of techniques required to pull off a tasty menu.
