Are you ready to GROW your culinary career!! You have chosen the 1st step! We are excited to have you join our JCOA Culinary Class SPECIALTY TECHNIQUES cooking class where we take you to a Higher-level teaching culinary skills used by top chefs!

At Junior Chefs of America, we broaden our student’s food awareness by offering global culinary classes & community food sustainability experiences both in community and classroom. We have 5 Programs through One Great School, creating a well-balanced curriculum for all ages.

This class is designed for teens 13-18 who desire to learn how to become a proficient chef! Our Professional Chefs have extensive background in the culinary field, and they are all too excited to share their knowledge with our students at JCOA.
