You will need to select your preferred date and time for your customizable private lesson.
Once we have reviewed it, and if we can accommodate your request, you will receive a confirmation by email with a request for payment.
All the classes we offer including Desserts and Baking, Market Classes and more can be privatized. We can also custom-tailor your lesson to work on specific recipes not covered in our regular classes or to assist you in improving your existing skills or book a lesson on a day that we do not normally offer the class in which you are interested.
This is an open lesson, so your ideas are welcome here. If you have a particular dish you would like to learn to make, we can do so - according to seasonal availability.

To better cater to your request, we would ask that you please contact us with a description of your available dates and times as well as what type of lesson you may be interested in. Our classes generally run at the following start times: 9 or 10 am for a morning event, 2 or 3 pm for an afternoon event, or at 5 or 6 pm for an evening event

The Chef will meet you at The time indicated in the confirmation email, directly at the school located at 6 Rue Baudelique, 75018 Paris, the closest metro station is Jules Joffrin on line 12. Ring the bell on your right at our doors when you arrive.
Get there 10-15 minutes before the start to settle in and meet your instructor.
