Making fresh pasta is easy and fun, learn the tips and tricks to be successful and some simple sauces that highlight the fresh pasta you just made. In this class, we will focus on making and shaping pasta dough, will demo how to make simple sauces to compliment your freshly made pasta, and cook and sample your creations.
