But just an hour or so to the west, at the foot of Euganean hills, lies the Venetian wine-growing area and your home for this unique countryside cooking vacation. The natural beauties of the land, its fertile fields and abundant harvests, and charming and unassuming people make your agrarian Veneto culinary holiday an exquisitely inviting and relaxing experience.
This is our best-selling class. We peel, bash, chop, and cook together. Ultimately, we sit down and enjoy the meal with a good bottle of wine. This program lasts six nights with five-morning classes. Make sure to reserve this holiday weekly cooking class early. The classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and are ideal for small groups of family and friends. ** Other optional tours are available on demand every day in the afternoon.

FIRST DAY (SUNDAY): Arrival at the Villa. The transfer is not included.
18:00: It is time to mingle with the other guests and welcome dinner with a Prosecco wine glass or a typical Spritz.
SECOND DAY (MONDAY): First hands-on Cooking Lesson At 10.30 am, the first cooking class with our chef Simone. Get ready! Today, we'll start using techniques and recipes handed down through generations of local women. Lunch at the villa, with wine.
In the afternoon, you can relax at the villa or visit the beauties of the nearby Sights.

THIRD DAY (TUESDAY): Second hands-on Cooking Lesson.
10.30 am: Hands-on Cooking Lesson Today, you will learn how to make and cook another traditional Italian menu focused on Tortelli, Tagliatelle, and dessert. Lunch at the villa with wine. Lunch at the villa with wine.
During free time during the rest of the day, our staff will be available to set up another activity; we have many contacts with the local operators and will provide valuable services.

FOURTH DAY (WEDNESDAY): Breakfast, Italian cooking tips and secrets about regional dishes are revealed while preparing a three-course meal using only what's in season. You will have free time during the rest of the day, and our staff will be available to set up another activity; we have many contacts with the local operators and will provide valuable services. For instance, our staff can plan an excursion to the beautiful town of Chioggia or the natural park of Po Delta for a bike ride. Please ask for a quote.

FIFTH DAY (THURSDAY): Third hands-on Cooking Lesson. Today, you will be involved with Risotto all'Italiana. Our region is known for the rice cultivated in the Po Delta. As a dessert, you could try to make a delicious Tiramisù, another local recipe of our land. In the end, we sit down and enjoy the meal together.
In the afternoon, You will have free time to relax after a long day of work in the kitchen. You can ask our staff to plan an excursion to a local olive mill company for an extra virgin olive oil tasting.

SIXTH DAY (FRIDAY): Breakfast and check-out. (Transfer is not included)
Our Tenuta is in Venice's countryside, and if you do not have transport, we can arrange a taxi ride to pick you up at Piazzale Roma in Venice. This service costs approximately € 130 one way (payable directly to the taxi driver).
Alternatively, you may get a train from Venice Santa Lucia’s train station to Rovigo (the nearest city to us). A single ticket costs €8.40 per person, and there is a train every hour.

You do not need to arrange a taxi driver; check outside Rovigo's train station for the first available taxi. The taxi ride is €25/30 (payable directly to the taxi driver).
