Guided by Chef John Pope, this elegant dinner features a curated spring menu executed by our talented culinary students. Dishes include a Roasted Oyster Trio, Jerk Chicken Steamed Buns, Seared Scallops with Quinoa and Butternut Squash Purée, Seared Duck Breast with Mushroom Risotto and Berry Reduction, and a Standing Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis and Sorbet.
