Duration

2 hours, including cooking and dining

What you’ll do:

  • Get to know pho inside out: discover how to create a perfectly spiced broth, then watch as your chef transforms it into a slurpy chicken pho.
  • Bash up a fiery, aromatic paste using lemongrass, chilli, ginger and palm sugar, then use it to create sizzling pork balls.
  • Sharpen your knife skills by julienning fresh, crunchy vegetables. Impress your mates by creating your own prawn summer rolls from scratch.
  • Knock up a crunchy Vietnamese salad – a riot of colour and flavour.
  • Discover how to make a perfectly salty, sweet, sour and spicy nuoc cham (AKA the best dipping sauce in the world – trust us).
  • Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your Vietnamese street-food spread.
