In Japan, a home meal is served in one course, with several dishes. The rice is taken for granted, but it's the central point of this meal, accompanied by a variety of foods which are cooked in different ways.
Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step.
