Learn the art of pasta making and learn how to make the perfect pasta. Once you know how, fresh pasta is incredibly quick and fun to make. Whether you choose to make ravioli, tortellini or both, we will provide you with a delicious filling and you will finish your dish by making a delicious pasta sauce. We will serve a glass of wine with your meal. In this workshop you will: • Learn how to make pasta dough from scratch • Create the filling for ravioli • Roll the pasta and make ravioli, tortellini and ribbons • Cook the pasta and sauce. All the ingredients are included.
