Whether you choose to make ravioli, tortellini or both, we will provide you with a delicious filling and you will finish your dish by making a delicious pasta sauce. We will serve a glass of wine with your meal. In this workshop you will: • Learn how to make pasta dough from scratch • Create the filling for ravioli • Roll the pasta and make ravioli, tortellini and ribbons • Cook the pasta and sauce.
