This hands-on class will explore various techniques of rolled and hand shaped styles of pasta. Homemade pasta tastes nothing like what buy at the store! Find your confidence to create these elegant and delicious dishes at home...

MENU:

Freshly baked focaccia, served with antipasto (contains meat & cheese - vegan & vegetarian options available if indicated in your booking notes).

Rolled and hand shaped pasta:

  • Tagliatelle
  • Pappardelle
  • Cavatelli

Paired with Classic Sauces:

  • Cacio e Pepe
