Elevate your dinner party game with our epic Mexican street food class. Enjoy making your very own corn tortillas, which you’ll load up with a rich, sticky and smoky chipotle chicken, three flavour-packed salsas and a good squeeze of fresh lime. Impressed mates guaranteed.

What you’ll do:

  • Get stuck in creating the star of the show by marinating your chicken thighs in fragrant spices, before charring and poaching them in a rich, smoky chipotle sauce.
  • Smash up a creamy guacamole.
  • Sharpen your knife skills by rustling up a super-fresh pico de gallo – one of Mexico’s most iconic salsas.
  • Dry-fry corn until it pops, then transform it into our chef’s favourite salsa.
  • Master the art of working with masa harina dough, then transform it into handmade tortillas using an authentic taco press.
  • Load up your tortillas with your smoked chipotle chicken and salsas, then finish with a dollop of soured cream, plenty of fresh herbs and a kiss of fresh lime.
  • Take a seat in the comfort of your own home to tuck into your Mexican street-food feast.

  • Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so you can have as many fellow chefs in the same room as you like. One booking = one household. Happy days!
