Join our Greek-inspired cracking kebab class for a culinary adventure! Master the art of marinating and grilling chicken or mushrooms, enhance your knife skills, and create a delicious grilled pepper salad with tzatziki. Enjoy your creations at the chef’s table, surrounded by fellow food enthusiasts, in a vibrant atmosphere.

Say “opa!” to our Greek-inspired cracking kebab class! Learn how to marinate and grill up chicken or mushrooms for a proper sizzling souvlaki, hone your knife skills, and whip up the flavours of the Med with a grilled pepper salad and some tantalising tzatziki to finish it all off, before enjoying around our chef’s table (no plate smashing, please!).

What you’ll do:

  • Create a lip-smackingly herby marinade for your chicken or mushrooms
  • Hone your knife skills with the help of our experts
  • Grill like a pro: learn how to get blackened, beautifully caramelised kebabs
  • Whip together a garlicky, zingy tzatziki
  • Pair perfectly charred peppers with classic Greek flavours for an irresistible salad
  • Build your cracking kebab and get stuck in with your fellow chefs at the end of the class

What you’ll eat & drink:

  • Herby marinated chicken or mushroom skewers
  • A proper Greek tzatziki
  • A grilled pepper, olive and feta salad
  • Warm flatbreads to stuff it all into
  • A complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival (or a soft drink, if you prefer)
  • Water is provided throughout and you’re welcome to purchase wine, beer, spirits & mixers, cocktails and softs from our drinks menu.

What to expect:

  • Easy-to-follow demos, led by our expert teaching chef
  • Tuck into your souvlaki around our chef's table (or pack a box to take home, if you prefer)
  • A digital recipe pack with everything you need to recreate the magic at home
  • All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided
  • You’ll work in pairs to recreate the dishes at your cooking stations

Additional info

  • You don’t have to be part of a pair to book. If you’re flying solo, you may be paired up with another person.
  • The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
  • Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
