About This Adventure

Join an intimate cooking class where you'll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll cut, season, and create delicious dishes like Louisiana Meat Pie and Veal Des Allemands, then savor the fruits of your labor in a memorable culinary experience.

Prepare an authentic New Orleans meal

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

  • Louisiana Meat Pie - Hand Pie filled with Ground Beef, Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper, and jalapeno, thickened with a light roux
  • Veal Des Allemands - Paneed Veal Cutlet with Lemon Butter sauce, topped with Crab
  • Creole Ratatouille – classic Ratatouille with Mirliton
  • Chocolate Pecan Pie - Mini Louisiana Pecan Pies with Dark Chocolate
