Vietnamese open group cooking classes for individuals, couples and families above 16 years old (Participants aged between 16 and 17 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult who will also join the experience).
Menu We create the Vietnamese menu based on your dietary preferences and allergies. Expect well-known and lesser-known dishes from North and South-Vietnam.
Program Upon arrival you take a seat at the bar and have a beverage of your choice. In the meantime, our chef introduces himself, and explains the Vietnamese ingredients that you are going to use, such as betel leaves, fish sauce, and Thai basil, and you start making the spring rolls and pho. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a nice dinner and conversations with like-minded people. We share the recipes and locations where we buy the ingredients as well.

Open group means that you can sign up for this Vietnamese cooking class as an individual or as a couple. This is NOT a private group activity. The group remains small, max 12 people, so that there is enough space for personal guidance and asking questions. We accomodate the classes in both Dutch and English.

We use the lunch restaurant Gallery 3, Bilderdijkstraat 175h in Amsterdam as the location for our Vietnamese open group cooking classes. Expect a cozy and relaxed restaurant setting.
