On this fully inclusive small group experience you will join Ina and one of the truffle dogs in our truffière for a real-life truffle hunt. Learn how we grow our black winter truffle and how we train our truffle dogs to sniff out these culinary treasures. See firsthand how we find and unearth truffle – you may even get a chance to get your hands dirty and dig one up yourself! The scent of a fresh truffle, straight from the soil is something you’re guaranteed to remember for a long time! Afterwards you will warm up by the roaring wood fire as you sit down in our farmhouse restaurant for your 4-course truffle lunch, and taste for yourself why truffle is such a sought-after ingredient! Each course comes paired with one of our favourite local wines (or alternative drinks on request) - all included in your ticket!
