Our Private Pizza Class Format

1. At the start of each class, we discuss our favorite pizza moments, while enjoying local wines, craft beers, sangria or non-alcoholic beverages. There is 1 hour of free drinks included!

2. After drinks and discussion, we make the dough, which is made with 100% Gluten-free ingredients.

3. While waiting for the dough to rise, you will enjoy delicious appetizers such as hummus platters, salad, or an assortment of seasonal favorites from our menu. After which, we will talk about the history of pizza and WILD.

4. Next, it's time to knead the dough! Then, once it’s rolled and ready, we spread the sauce and cheese on top along with your choice of toppings which are vegan/vegetarian-friendly. Then, THE PIZZAS GO INTO THE OVEN!

5. Pretty soon, everyone gets to enjoy their unique pizza creation! Or take it home! Your choice!

6. You and your guests will leave as evolved pizza artisans!
