Pizza may have been born in Naples but Romans love their pizza too. They argue theirs is even better than the one in Naples because the base is crispier! Learn the secrets of the perfect pizza with your English-speaking chef so when you return from your vacation you'll be the master of dinner parties!
Your class takes place in one of our centrally situated schools: a fabulous 17th-century palace, a few steps from Piazza Navona, or our terraced cooking school a stone's throw from the Pantheon. We'll serve you drinks and local specialties as we host you according to the classic Italian style before we get started unleashing our creativity in the kitchen.
We have the best fresh ingredients for your pizzas: salty salami, earthy mushrooms, or even some elegant figs and prosciutto. The class covers every process from making and rolling out the dough to popping the final product in the oven. While the pizza is cooking, the chef will show you how to make Italian gelato.
To conclude, the whole class will come together to enjoy their pizza and gelato in our stunning dining room, accompanied by a selection of soft and alcoholic beverages. Buon Appetito!
